In some of our apps, you have the option to create a user profile. The information for this profile may include:

Purpose of Collection: This information is collected for the sole purpose of enabling social features within the Services, allowing you to share your profile with other users. You are in control of this information.

Your Choice: You can choose whether your profile is public or private. If you set your profile to "private," this information will not be shared with other users.

b) Information from Customer Support

When you contact us for support via email, we will process your email address and the content of your message to resolve your query. In line with our data minimization principle, these emails are deleted after we have replied and resolved your issue.

c) Information We DO NOT Collect

We do not collect or track any user activity data, analytics, or location data from within our applications. We do not use any third-party crash or performance reporting tools that would process your personal data.

Under the GDPR, we must have a valid legal reason to process your data. Our lawful basis for processing your User Profile Information is your Consent. You provide this consent when you voluntarily enter the information into your profile. a) Data Storage and Security

The User Profile Information you provide is stored in a secure SQL database hosted by our data processor, simply.com. All simply.com servers are located within Denmark (EU). We implement standard technical and organizational security measures, including the use of encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

b) Data Retention

We store your User Profile Information only for as long as your account is active. If you request the deletion of your account, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers in a timely manner.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third-party companies for their marketing purposes.

Our use of third parties is limited to:

• Hosting Provider (Data Processor): We use simply.com to host our database. They are bound by a data processing agreement to only process data according to our instructions and to maintain high security standards.
• App Stores: Application updates are managed through the official Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The handling of data by these stores is governed by their respective privacy policies.

7. Your Data Protection Rights under GDPR

As a user in the EU, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
